2. Services Provided

Three Hats provides executive career coaching, outplacement support, career reviews, and boardroom coaching.

  • Discovery Calls: Our free 30-minute discovery calls are introductory and do not constitute a formal coaching agreement.

  • Psychometrics: We use world-class psychometric insights (including Thomas International PPA and TEIQue). These tools are used for development purposes and are not clinical diagnostic tools.

3. Professional Standards & Accreditations

Our coaching services are delivered in alignment with the Global Code of Ethics from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). While we strive to help you reach your professional goals, coaching is a collaborative process, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers or promotions.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Invoicing: Fees for coaching programmes are outlined in your individual Proposal or Coaching Agreement.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is typically required in advance of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the "FREE Executive Interview Guide," is the property of Three Hats Consulting Limited or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
